Hello, my name is Janet, my friends call me Jani. I have many interests, one is doing tributes for our military. I strive always to do my best, but I falter at times, but for me that is not always such a bad thing, because each day I learn from the mistakes I made. I think at times I take on to much and leave little time for myself, but that is who I am, so I suppose I am fortunate because not everyone knows where they belong in life. I currently reside in Florida.. |

| My son John |
It is truly the Lord who will 'Raise Me Up to be more then I can be. My pages are always written from my heart, some poems are poems that my son John has written. Many of my pages are dedicated to our Military. Every page is a loving tribute no matter who I am writing about on any given day. Despite our personal views on the War, Our soldiers are my focus and therefore do not intend these tributes to be political in nature. They are written with pride and honor for those who paid the ultimate price with his or her life. May God Bless You and Keep you safe! "I shall pass this way but once. Therefore, any good that I can do or any kindness that I can show, let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again." I have a selection of other poems here. Please click on the title of each poem to view. |
